My part of an ACEO-trade with the amazing AlectorFencer. She asked me to draw her plant spirit and I willingly agreed. :D I love the atmosphere she creates with so many of her pieces containing that character. They send chills right down your spine. I attempted humbly to create such an effect myself and while there are several things I sadly didn't manage to create as I envisioned them to, I am rather satisfied with the result. I hope it has turned out your liking, dear. My green set of pencils are sending their thanks to you, for they have all been used in that piece. ^_^ The plant spirit is © by AlectorFencer

This is the first card of an ACEO series that'll be completely for myself only. Since I don't have the time to digitally colour my mammoth piece with all the critters in it, I thought about making a card for each of them, including a stylized version of it and a bit of environment. Name: Desertbird Environment: all areas of the Ileyehen deserts except of the Wastelands. Can survive in outer rims to all other climatic areas, too. I did this just today to relax a bit and take a break from a job I'm working on. I have tried focus on character interaction since, in most of my drawings, (if not all) I have noticed that there is very little character interaction. The top right sketch shows Nash's reaction when Rednose (the chief of her patrol squad area) announces that her new teammate is Dan (already a very popular swordsman in the fortress, which is why Nash thinks he is far beyond her level): -Nash: Did you just say "Dan"?! -Rednose: What's the matter? Rednose (the big guy on the upper right sketch), Nash (my fursona+story char), Dan, and Leyria (the taller one in the brown sketch at the bottom left and Sho'fo's daughter) are all © my lazy self.
